I had the honor of meeting Bernard Queneau at a recent Commission Discussion Session. He was being honored for his many years as a volunteer at St. Clair Hospital and at Mt. Lebanon Public Library. We joked about Mr. Queneau, 102, asking for time off of work to receive his citation from the Commission. I had only found out today that Mr. Queneau was the oldest Eagle Scout in the Nation.
Sadly, Mr. Queneau passed away on Sunday. He was amazing and I was lucky to have met him.
